Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING ONLY 

- All orders placed will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

- Orders will be shipped via AUS POST express shipping only. 

- Express Shipping is a flate rate charge of $10.

- All express orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

- Our processing orders are Mon-Fri (excluding Queensland public holidays, all orders will be processed the next business day)

- All orders are shipped with a tracking number, if for some reason you do not receive a tracking number please email; cindy@bythepalmsboutique.com (please include your full name and order number in the email)

- We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at check out. If the shipping address you have provided is incorrect we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

- By The Palms Boutique is not liable if your order is stolen if you have requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At By The Palms Boutique we want you to be 100% happy with your order, if however you decide to change your mind we would be happy to exchange or offer a refund for you. 

Please read  the following conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return;

 - Eligible returns shipped back within 14 days from the date of delivery are accepted for either refund or exchange.

- Once items are received, we will inspect the items to make sure they meet our return policy and if done accordingly your return will be processed between 1 - 2 business days and an email will be sent to you with the option for an exchange or refund.  

- All return postage is at the buyers expense.

- Items must be in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached.  

- Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed and free from any markings, make-up, self tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing powder.

- For health reasons and personal hygiene, swimwear is not eligible for return.

- If we deem your return to be unacceptable due to not following our Returns Policy the item will be returned to the customer at the customers expense and a refund / store credit will not be issued.

- If you believe your product is damaged or faulty please send a photo and description of the fault along with the order number to cindy@bythepalmsboutiqe.com

- Sale items aren't eligible for return
